It's on BBC, so it'll probably be ages before it starts.

Hope it can pick up the pieces after the finale (which was really, really weak), but I do have a bad feeling about it considering the show-runners have basically confirmed that they didn't have any semblence of a plan beyond the first season.

I can't believe that anyone actually still wait for months for stuff to be shown in the UK!!

Instant gratification, it's the way of the future.

I know man it's like some kind of time warp.

I'm out now even gone through the entire lot of "The Wire".

Still not overly excited about this. Every time I hear Kring and Loeb speak, I feel less and less confident about their ability to keep the show fresh and their ability to plan ahead. The fact that the initial intention was for the entire plot of our current "heroes" to be wrapped up by the end of season one, allowing a new cast to come in for season two, sums it up. And don't even get me started on the decision to let the fans decide which new heroes would be brought in for season two, as opposed to having a clue themselves.

Then of course, there's the finale from last year on top of that, which has lowered my expectations tenfold.

The finale was pretty terrible, although it seemed slightly less so upon a recent re-watching. Maybe because all my expectations for it were already gone. I'll give season 2 a fair chance, though. Can't be worse than "Traveller!"

The finale was worse than anything Traveller produced, which is saying a hell of a lot considering that the show was re-shot at the last minute, re-cast at the last minute and re-edited together at the last minute to squeeze fourteen episodes into eight, due to abc's randomly monumental stupidity.

Every time I see Nathan flying down from that building to "save the day" I almost literally feel like throwing up.

"There is, Claire."

Although I love 24, I can't see the second season of Heroes jumping the shark as much as the next 24 season is going to.

Given - 7.5, Harper - 6.5, Krul - 5.1
Carr - 2, Beye - 5, Taylor - 5.5, Rozehnal - 5.5, Cacapa - 6.5, Faye - 6, Ramage - 4, Edgar - 5, Babayaro - 2, Enrique - 5.5

Yeah, that was still pretty cringeworthy the second time. My favorite part, though, has got to be Nikki randomly deciding to join in the fight against Sylar, although she'd never had any contact with the Sylar storyline at all and wouldn't have known who he was or what he was going to do.

Nikki: "Hmm, looks like a fight over there. I'm gonna hit that guy with the bushy eyebrows with a parking meter!"

WHAM!!!

Slyar: "OWW! That HURT!! Who the f*** are you?!?"

Nikki: "Sorry, gotta run. My annoying little brat needs me!"

*Leaves the fight again, having contributed nothing worthwhile.
