I've got a problem with my Firewall / Anti-Virus package on my PC - which I shelled out good money on. It's Kaspersky Labs 6.0 but it keeps switching itself off every few minutes - I get a Windows Error message which asks if I want to report it (pointless so I ignore them now).

I'm wondering if there's some software clash going on - I use BT Yahoo Broadband (still) which comes with Norton AV/Firewall - but that is switched off as far as I can tell.

Any suggestions what to try next to sort this problem out?

If I were you I'd uninstall Kaspersky, then run a registry cleaner, then reinstall Kaspersky. Don't waste your time figuring out what caused it, just get it fixed, I reckon.
