We’re back again with more EXCLUSIVE pictures from our Austrian reporters Lucas and Stefan. The Magpies are nearing the end of their one week training camp in Austria where the players and staff are preparing for the new season and today we also bring you some exclusive news as well as these great pictures.

Our reporters have told us the following bits of information:

  • Allardyce has constantly been on his phone.
  • One of the staff members said that Sam is closing down on two imminent signings.
  • Luque is not at the training camp at the moment because he’s getting married in Mallorca.
  • Five new signings expected. Things are going to hot up when they return to Tyneside.
  • Sam is apparently gone. Reporters haven’t seen him since Saturday. Possibly sorting out these imminent transfers.
  • Squad is possibly playing a training match against Hertha Berlin today who have also arrived at the resort for a pre-season camp.
  • Dyer and Barton getting on really well. Enjoying a game of chess between training sessions.
  • It hasn’t been just the players out on the pitch. The staff have also played a match or two against each other with Steve Harper doing the referee’s job
