Craig Is a writer who has been supporting Newcastle United for seventeen
years now. His earliest memories are of Gazza and Mirindinhia. He
went onto sign schoolboy forms for Newcastle United during the Keegan
era and worked with John Carver. Having been released by Newcastle
after nearly five years Craig went onto spells at both Preston North
End and Middlesbrough.
Having failed to make it in professional football Craig now writes
about Newcastle United and other footballing matters on a freelance/part-time
basis for Newcastle-Online.com, True Faith - the NUFC Fanzine and he has
also recently become editor of Newcastle
United Mad - a NUFC news website. As well as writing articles
for this website Craig also updates the homepage with daily news periodically,
writes match previews and match reports and he runs the player ratings
section which can be found here.
Craig's knowledge of the game, his club and his passion for writing
speak volumes and he is a valued member of the team as his mail-bag
packed with reader feedback amplify.
Craig is looking to go into journalism and sports writing as a full
time profession. If you have any propositions for Craig or any comment
regarding any of his articles or any matter regarding NUFC he would
love to hear from you so drop
him a line.
