It looks like he is leaving liverpool (well there is no chance of him getting much of a look in at present) now would you take him for us? Duke Replacement?
Personally I find him a fairly good player who has worked hard in the air and improved to a degree. He has good touch and general control for a big guy and I like him as a player, ok so he is not world class but a possible worthwhile addition?
Kick out shola, bring in Crouch.

Would take him if the price is right, As he is not playing much for the scousers then he is not worth much more than 2 mill. maybe a straight swap for Carr and Babayaro lol.

I'd take him, good player who gets a hell of a lot of unjustifiable stick imo.
Owen, Martins, Viduka and Crouch would be a good set of strikers.

This time, N'Zogbia, Butt, Barton and Shola almost definitely miss out, while Enrique, Taylor, Geremi, Owen and Martins almost definitely start.

If Allardyce intends on going 4-3-3 then I think Crouch could be the perfect target man, possibly unplayable.

I think Crouch is under-rated, but I don't think we need him here at the moment. Could see him going to Manchester City, maybe.

my manager at work said this to me, and I just laughed in his face to be honest.
And I'm going to continue laughing here - No.
However, he did also say in pre-season we should've taken Robbie Fowler on a free, therefore his opinion is invalid.

I'm suprised with what is happening at Liverpool because he was in some great form for them before they decided to drop him. He's a very good striker who has always caused us problems in the past.
Depending on the price, i would take him here. 5 or 6m would be my guess.

Definitely take him here. He mentally scares defenders in the same way Martins does with his pace. The two of them up front would be f****** lethal.

When he signed for the dips my comments on the matter were..
'Can see the point in Crouch for England as something off the bench' 'Can see the point of Crouch in Europe'
'Could do a lot better than Crouch for the Premier League'
Still think the same, good player to have as a different option, but wouldn't want to rely on him as the main focal point of an attack

I agree with everything Scott Parker's 60's Haircut's said so far, he seems to have a good understanding on the whole concept, and speaks a great deal of sense.
