the night when im not tired i need to have an early night gotta be up at 5 tomorrow for reading and im not tired
plus when i do need them on other nights, it generally takes me about 2 hours to get to sleep so its not a early night

Cut out the booze, ciggies, caffeine, narcotics...should sleep like a baby that way. The only one I do is caffeine. Makes sense I guess. Have to be shattered to sleep well. Missed my lecture this morning because I woke up, went for a piss, sat down and fell asleep in my chair. Balls. |
