Richard Branson was on the radio talking about taking over Northern Rock and rebranding it as 'Virgin Money'.
Does this mean we have to put Virgin Money - possibly in RED - on our shirts, or does the previous contract become null and void, allowing us to keep the money we've already spent, and allow Ashley to get a more lucrative sponsorship deal?

I'm not sure, i think what would probably happen is we continue with Northern Rock until the contract runs out, as thats who were sponsored with. It would mean a shirt change, and am sure the club could argue quite rightly against that. Branson surely doesn't have the money to buy NR  |
