Surely he did contribute to her death by not helping her, by not checking her pulse and by basically just letting her die. f****** scum, id love to have walked past and seen this i swear id ring an ambulance then run in spear the c*** to the ground and demolish his f****** druggie little face.

Don't take it out on the drugs please, he's obviously using that as an excuse for his shameful actions.

Millions of people get high everyday and manage not to piss on dying disabled people.
