Physioroom.com has him out until 17 September with a groin strain but for the life of me I can't remember when he strained it.
Is the sicknote just hiding under "injury" cloud until he's shipped out or what?

Also his history of injury since he's been at Newcastle is a joke:

We only need to be rid of him Carr & Pattison, but overall BS has done a great job at not only bringing in the players this club needs, but getting rid of the majority we don't need.

That was what I was actually thinking.
Groin strains are one of the worst injuries to get because they are so hard to treat, that being said they are also one of the easiest to fake, bad choice of words but you know what I mean, making it the perfect excuse for someone that feels like a bit of a lie down.

It's a shame though to have Babayaro, Carr & Pattison in our team photo for this season. Maybe the manager can tell them there isn't enough space to fit them all in so two or three players couldn't be included. Therefore sadly the s*** and useless players had to be chosen.....oh how I wish I could be in a position to say that to them.  Laughs

I think of him as a sort of crash test dummy.......he's there for the physios and therapists to work on when everyone else is fit  cheesy  As a footballer he's about as much use as a cock flavoured lolly.....I've developed the same sort of hate complex about him and Carr as I had about Des Hamilton and Marcelino.....the only good thing about him being injured is that he's not playing  Laughs

Bring in an experienced left-back, pay off Babayaro's contract, job done.
