I think the idea is Parky thinks everything should be provided by the government free of charges but taxes shouldn't rise we should just lower the protection the country has and stop wasting money on stupid things like ID cards.
Still doubt it is a very realistic proposition given how many things are already underfunded.

Actually Victoria a lot of the drinking water in the South of England especially in places like Surrey comes from artisian wells...Which is the purest and cleanest water on earth. Oh dear again you snipe without a clue.

Some bloke in the city got paid a salary of £22million last year.
He should personally pay the heating bill of EVERY pensioner who's late through October - February.
