Cheers fixed     just unplugged it for 5 mins for cold reboot

apparently if you still have problems its because:

"Since the new 5 US  & 5 LIFE Channels where added it has caused all EPG to be lost .  You need to DELETE or SKIP these to channels in the set-up menu .

Turn off at the WALL (sleep mode will not reset unit)

Turn on and leave on BBC1 for around 30 minutes and all epg should be back.

If this fails i know Sony and other manufactures are doing an upload from 1st dec - 4th Dec . ..Again leave on BBC1 for update"

From wiki

Howay is broadly comparable to the invocation "Come on!" or the French "Allez!" ("Go on!"). Examples of common use include Howay man!, meaning "come on" or "hurry up", Howay the lads! as an encouragement for a sports team, or Ho'way!? (with stress on the second syllable) expressing incredulity or disbelief.

Just seen this from Sky Sports -

Newcastle forward Albert Luque believes his move to England cost him a place in Spain's World Cup squad.

The 28-year-old has endured a miserable time since joining The Magpies last summer having been plagued by injury and poor form.

He admits he is not entirely sure where his future lies with some sources claiming he is being lined up for a return to Spanish football.

Luque insists he is prepared to stay and fight for his place at St James' Park, but concedes that problems with boss Glenn Roeder and a lack of fitness have scuppered his hopes of playing at this summer's showpiece in Germany.

"I don't know 100 percent where my future lies," he stated. "Things haven't gone as well as I wanted, but if I have to return to England I'll happily do it.

"I've had problems with injuries and with the coach. But I am going to start next season at full fitness.

"The national coach has always favoured others more than me, but perhaps if I had stayed at Deportivo I would still be in the squad."

Im not liking his attitude to be honest, stop whinging and get on with it!

Your right with what you need but it would go:

BT phone line -> usb modem -> new router thing -> wireless card

the modem will connect to your router by usb then the router will connect to your laptop/pc through wireless cards.

If the phone line is near to your desktop you could connect it by a normal network cable otherwise use a wireless card.
