But thats the point isnt it? We'd have those attacking options if the Chairman hadnt failed in his 'negotiating' to bring in the strikers Souness wants (& needs).
We had those strikers last season and it didn't take any difference. I blame the tactics (if I can call so) he uses. We don't have the players to play 4-3-3 or 4-5-1 or whatever, and now thanks to him we don't have the players to play 4-4-2 either. |

Give Souness the season. Simple as that, let him have a fair crack at the whip. If he hasnt done well by the end of season, its a fair sacking. A lot of people think he is never going to be a success, but at least see what happens this season and find out for sure, and have it down on paper whether he does well or not. And no, I dont think we're gonna get relegated. Obviously if we are in the relegation battle near Christmas, he'd gonna go anyway.
If we brought a couple of players in that we need then we'd do well imo, but Shepherd is holding the season back, and its so annoying.
I've seen enough against West Ham, thanks. Well if ur so convinced then fine, you've got no worries, because he'll be gone soon anyway wont he? Personally, I think its pathetic that you wouldnt want to see the rest of the games and be able to judge better. And that Arsenal game suddenly dosent count? We did well against Arsenal, and I'm sure that we will do well against Manu and Chelsea too. That is because we only capable of defending but we are clueless in attack even against a 10 men newly promoted team at home. |

Souness is embarrassing. Roeder could do a better job until we find the right man.
THAT is the scariest shit I have read in a while. Not just because I dislike Roeder (and I do) but because you may be right. I'm scared too, and I don't like Roeder either, but if we lose against Bolton and Manure and Sounes gets the sack this is gonna happen |
