Chat / General Chat Forum / The LOST Season ONE Finale Thread *Starts With Exodus Part One - C4 - Wednesday*
|
on: Today at 08:12:45 PM

So, are any of you UK slow-coaches actually still watching this at Channel 4 pace? Well, regardless, I thought I'd start a thread so I can remind myself of the absolute awesomeness of these 2 episodes.
Basically, Exodus Part One is on Wednesday (or tonight, or yesterday; depends on when you read this really) and is really quite amazy. Exodus Part Two is DOUBLE in LENGTH, and is aired NEXT Wesnesday (or, the 11th), also on Channel 4; it should be noted that this episode IS NOT shown on E4.
Both will have you stupidly frustrated and gagging for season 2.
Here is a brief outline of the first episode, composed by MON SELF:
Exodus Part One
The episode starts with young Walter casually BREAKING THE LAW by pissing on a tree. Mid-spray he catches sight of someone... It looks like a woman, so his natural instinct is obviously to stalk her. As this mysterious figure approaches the camp, rifle in arm, hair looking completely shoddy, we realise it's non other than Danny - the frenchy we met earlier on in the season. She has a harrowing message to be heeded by the group; "the others are coming". HOLY SHIT MATES.
The episode then basically revolves around Jack being in charge and telling everyone what to do; he arrogantly dictates that they'll DESTROY the hatch with dynamite, to hide everyone from these dreaded 'OTHERS', should they ever arrive. To get the dynamite, Danny, John, Katey, Hugo, Lesley (our resident extra) and Dr Shepherd himself must STORM into "Le Territoire Fonce" - the dark territory - in search of the much-mentioned black rock.
Meanwhile, back on the beach, Mikey, Jin and James try to get their wooden CRUISE SHIP into the ocean; but their cunning plan is soon delayed by their own UTTER stupidity (and the fact that the writers needed to drag the story out a bit longer). They spend the episode just generally chilling on the beach, building masts and saying their emotional goodbyes to everyone.
Flashbacks combine the stories of several of the survivors in the airport, preparing to board the flight of DOOM. |

Dear god, that's the most empty logfile I've ever seen
Anyway:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = c:\secure32.html R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html
Tick the boxes next to them (JUST them ) and click fix. Afterwards, restart your PC and post another logfile. |

| Seeing that picture has completely ruined my mental image of Gejon tbh. I thought he loked like (or actually was) Shola Ameobi. |

I watched Luque very closely today off the ball and I have to report that he just didn't make himself available when a team mate had the ball. He's just not making the runs off his man to find space for a team mate to find him. IMO he's hiding and doesn't want to know.
Eh? He got in (or at least tried to get in) behind their defence more than any other player has for us this season (including Owen).
The way he and Nobby worked the quick free kick when he hit the post, for one, was the kind of footballing intelligence we've been lacking for ages. |
