I agree with alot of the points in this thread but we have to remember there is still over 5hrs left, we could have players having medicals at this very moment and if they were to be announced in 30 mins we would all be cheering Roeder....my point, wait till 00:01 then critisise if need be !!

Faye was bought to do one job, and that was to play as a hard tackling tenacious defensive midfielder. I think he's done that job and not much more but atleast he DID do his job and was always available to be picked.

He put a lot of effort and never complained despite rarely getting a start and not recieving a lot of support from the fans. Nevertheless he was never good enough for NUFC but atleast we didn't lose much money on him. People should realy get off his back - he did his job, he didn't complain.
