                            Given

Ramage    Bramble    Boumsong   Babayaro

Solano          Clark    Bowyer         O'Brien

                    Shearer   Luque

Subs:
Harper, N'Zogbia, Eliott, Chopra, Brittain

That team is good enough to beat Blackburn. If it doesn't then Souness should be out by the following Monday

Why play O'Brein who is unproven. Zoggy is better

Zoggy has been poor the last couple of games and O'Brien looks good. Should give him a chance.

I agree,  N'Zogbia has been poor since he returned from injury and O'Brien deserves a chance,  if he doesn't perform or struggles then bring on zoggy.

The problem is Souness doesn't have the ability to recognise if someone is playing well or badly, he'll wheel out the usual crew waiting for Lady Luck to sh*t on him from a great height.

1-0 to Blackburn.

(Daily Mirror)

First time i've seen a meaninglful transfer speculation on there since we've been told no cash.

Maybe FS has had a change of heart.

Not gospil, but i like to think something's in it (even if it just for the sake of my health)

Nite all.

WHAT?!?!?!!

He has no money you idiot! why would a "change of heart" magically make 6 million appear.

He gave GS £50 Million in the summer FFS

Sorry, how do you know he doesnt have the cash? Id put money on anelka being here before the window is out.

6  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: Anelka wants to join Newcastle on: January 15, 2006, 01:53:01 PM
Owen is twice the player and twice the proffesional Nicolas Anelka will ever become.

Twice the proffesional, yes. But not twice the player, anelka can create and finish whereas owen can only really the former.

12  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: Actim Top 100 Rankings on: January 13, 2006, 02:58:50 PM
I see.  So it is a statistically based ranking system.  It loses its credibility almost immediately.  3rd place: Rio Ferdinand?  Give me a break.

indeed

17  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: Souness scouting at Blackburn last night. on: January 12, 2006, 11:40:09 AM
come on nut, silvestre is right out of the bramble school of defendeing. plays alright when part of a confident well drilled back 4, but the merest sniff of indecision and he goes to pieces - just the sort of defender we must stop buying

Ive always thought he was ok bluedead.gif
