the third kit has already been released, though not officially. In asia (singapore in particular), the local nufc lads are already sporting them. Its on here somewhere in another thread. look it up. You will find a pudby looking Solano and Emre wearing it (sorry Zaid and Tipo....couldnt resist it hahaha).

And it costs ard 25 pounds i think

4  Football / NUFC / Re: Sir Les captained the Geordie team to victory!! on: May 13, 2006, 02:47:31 AM
At the same time,I hope they can open an NUFC shop here because it is very difficult to find Newcastle items here besides the jersey of course.

Go to nufcsingapore.com FORUMS, then go to the Classifieds section. We're organizing some group buys, as well as negotiating with some ADIDAS suppliers to get more nufc stuff into singapore.

Well when Shearer signed for the toon in 96 we were in Malaysia at the time and played in Japan as well.  Also as you say the asia cup as well, but I'm sure there's another time.

yes indeed there was another time. In the same off-season when Shearer signed, NUFC played in Singapore's Kallang National Stadium to a capacity crowd of 55,000. The opponent was a select team from Singapore's inaugral professional football league - the S-League. the final score if I remember correctly was 5-0. Shearer did not play, but was unveiled before the match.
