Having to listen to the Boro commentators on Cenutry is making me quite ill. I don't know if I can carry on.

7  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: Luque: What The Hell's Going On? on: December 18, 2005, 03:29:50 AM
I doubt very much he will play against Liverpool. Not the type of game for him IMO. Hopefully Zoggy and Emre will be fit though. Luque next's match will be the next home match.

Faye. The way Butt sold us out in the Cup Semi-final last year was a disgrace. We shouldn't even be allowed to mention his name on this board.

I was fortunate enough to watch the match live here in the States. What a match. First I want to thank the fans at the match because they made the atmosphere great as I could here sining and cheering through out most of the match. Made me proud to support the Toon. But for me special praise goes to Scott Parker. How nice it is to see a player who gives a d*mn when he puts on the black and white. When he was running around with that big wad of guaze haning out of his mouth was classic. Playing with loose teeth and needing pain killers to play on showed true grit. Next season's captain.

I screamed myself hoarse today, thats fo'sho bluecool.gif

Thank you. Your support and the thousands of others made for a great match.

I don't care how we play I just want the results. Saw the match today and was delighted with the grit shown by the squad. Good result and way to bust a gut for the Toon.

Me too.

Christmas is always a good excuse for nostalgia too, elbee909

Instead of "A Partridge In A Pear Tree" can we sing "And Tino makes it Three"? Smile

I think we should.
15  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: other premiership team you "sort of" like? on: December 09, 2005, 11:00:02 AM
If I had to pick Man City for me. I started to follow their results when Keegan was manager as I wanted him to do well. And I like Psycho as their manager now too so I still follow them. Also I Man U to some extent because they are owned by an American tongue3

I'm pretty sure he was drunk during the interview on SSN.

He was tripping over himself and didn't really seem too sure of what he was saying at all, as well as being pretty condescending towards the chairman. It seemed like a drunken rant.

Very funny though.

Agreed. He looked wasted. I love the bit where he said I had a double brandy before a game. So.. I used to drink four bottles a day before. I'm doing better. Sad.
17  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: the official BRING BACK KEEGAN thread on: December 06, 2005, 04:30:33 AM
Simply stated, I want Keegan back. Trouble is, does he want to come back? He took this club to heights it hasn't seen since he left. True, we didn't win anything but when the prodigal son returns, he will finish the job he started.
18  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: OUR Choice on: December 05, 2005, 03:48:48 AM
It's Cowher's body of work since he has taken charge. He has taken the Steelers as far as he can. He never wins the big game. Time to go. He and Souey should be fired in the same week.

Unless someone gets me my Ben Gay I can't move.
20  Newcastle-Online Forum / NUFC Forum / Re: OUR Choice on: December 05, 2005, 03:08:34 AM
Sadly I fear you're right.

But the thought of a Souness upgrade is really getting me depressed.

The Broncos lost tonight and all...

The upgrade will and should be Keegan. The Steelers lost today too. Maybe Cowher should be fired.
