About This website

Newcastle-Online.com Team: Jody Jamieson

The Team
Jody has been a Newcastle United supporter since early 1992, with his first game being THAT vital 1-0 win over Portsmouth at the Old Gallowgate, you know the one, the game in which Ned Kelly secured 3 points and survival.

JJ as he is known amongst friends try's to balance his passion for the Toon with his passion for Aberdeen. Yes he supports both clubs but don't let that fool you into believing he's a bit of a glory hunter or anything like that - he's very much a died in the wool Toon lad.

Born in the Scottish Town of Peebles and 20 years of age, JJ was once approached by none other than Sunderland as a young aspiring Shay Given wannabe but nothing came of it. Apparently they couldn't afford him... being skint and all. Sadly injury wrecked any chance of wor Jody making a career in the game at the age of 16.

Football's loss, Newcastle-Online.com's gain!
