FA Cup Misery
Newcastle's Under 18's side were knocked
out of the FA Youth Cup last night, losing 1-0 to Watford at
Vicarage Road. United were hoping to make it to the 5th Round
but a first half Chapman strike was enough to send the Hornets
through. Shola Ameobi's younger brother Tommy was an unused
sub.
United: Smith, Atkin, Cave, Huntington, Farman,
Baxter, Deverdics (Critchlow 76), Doninger, Finnigan, Walton,
Marshall (Terrell 68). Subs (not used): Shanks, Forster, T.
Ameobi.
Lets hope the senior side have more luck in their 4th Round
match against Coventry City. |
