So another match, another Newcastle mauling. How many of the Villa goals are you going to blame on the officials this time then ? When are you NUFC fans going to wake up and smell the coffee - you’re a rank bad team that even a “crap team” (Rich’s words) like Boro played off the park last week. If we’d have had any of our 3 main strikers available against you (no, I’m not classing the Dong as one of them !) then you could easily been picking 4-5 goals out of your net in the 2nd half alone.

Let’s face it if you can only take 1 point out of 6 against the mighty Derby County this season then it’s not looking too good is it boys.
Just to prove that I don’t suffer from total Boro tunnel-vision and can be quite reasonable here’s my view on a few of the main talking points from last weeks match:

1) There was nothing wrong with Owen’s “goal” after 5 mins - in fact it ended up with Schwarzer fouling Owen !
2) Our glorious equaliser was technically offside (not Huth, but the Dong).
3) Aliadiere was offside when he buried the rebound from Downing’s free-kick & it wasn’t even a free-kick anyway ‘cos the Dong just fell over.
4) Similarly the free-kick that Owen scored from wasn’t a free-kick either as Young nicked the ball from N’Zogbia.
5) Apart from Owen’s “goals” Schwarzer was never even troubled all afternoon.
6) The equaliser was coming and it was your boys who were glad to hear the final whistle as you were hanging on grimly.
7) You were lucky to escape with a point.
The fans at Sid James Park are a hinderance not a help and get on your own players backs if you’re not 17-0 up in the first 5 minutes ! Try supporting your team for a change.
9) With defenders like yours it might be an idea to play with 3 keepers from now on.
10) One of these seasons you might actually beat us - just don’t count on it.

Don’t get too downhearted though Toon fans - KK really is the best manager in the world and knows exactly what he’s doing ! That and the fact your next game is only against Man Utd.

If you do stay up, and that’s looking unlikely at the moment, then be prepared to feel the power of the Fonz next season. Then you really will have something to whinge about. Booooo, sack the board.

One last thing - a tip for your next manager after KK walks - give Roy Keane a try.

Oh and Mike Ashley is a Spurs supporting joke - the guy’s a complete embarrassment to your club.
