Just to say Fraser Foster was awesome for the reserves last night against Liverpool for the reserves what a keeper he is going to be in years to come !! It was also great to see Kev there talking to kids and getting his photo taken with them in the Directors Box !

It should be a joint venture between Keegan & Shearer. They both understand the club & the fans. It would be a winning combination. What has Newcastle to lose. They've tried everything else.

Our kids battled well against a strong, experienced Boro side who deservedly took all three points. Their goal tally was kept down by our man of the match Forster who pulled off some great saves. I felt for Edgar at the end when he trudged off dejectedly having worked his bollocks all night with his young side. At times you can see the real talent this kid has. I do hope he goes out on loan asap to get more experience, in a Championship team like Ipswich for example. Lua Lua also looks like he could be a great talent in years to come. The night was spoiled by a lot of young hooligans throwing objects both into the crowd and onto the pitch. My 10 year old son was hit by an object, the very few stewards did nothing about this !!
