I thought i heard today that carr is ruled out with an injury, hopefully taylor dosent get shoved out to left back, as we need him in the centre to clear up the mess that bramble will at some point in the game inevitably cause. My prediction 2-2, martins double.

It’s Alkmaarderhout (note the R), not Alkmaaderhout! Their DSB-Stadium is only a few months old as they opened it against Arsenal at the beginning of this season!

I think Newcastle will lose 2-1.

Van Gaal is too stupid to everytime play with both Arveladze and Koevermans, while he should play without Arveladze and with Dembélé, Martens and Koevermans. Hopefully AZ will buy Kluivert for next season, then they’ll be ready to win the Champions League

This will be a very close encounter. I think we will stick with the same team, if not maybe a switch with Sib and Milner with the later moving right and Dyer adding pace to attack a static backline. Emre will also come on, as he needs practice for Charlton when Butt is suspended. Score 2-2. Early lead (Dyer), they will then go all out attack and get a couple before we break and score a late equaliser (martins). Howay the Lads

I hear that N’zogbia is a slight injury worry aswell. I think this game is gonna be tough, I think we’ll lose 2-1 and go through on aggregate despite our impressive european away form. I can’t see us not scoring, but I can’t see us annihilating them the way we did in the first game.
